We are carrying out a challenging project for IJsselland Bio Fuels (part of Sunoil Group). It concerns the replacement of 4 settling tanks for the production of biofuel. The tanks will be exchanged per set of 2.
The first two tanks are currently being cleaned up, after which the new ones will be installed and the piping will be adapted to the new situation. This takes into account, among other things, accessibility/maintenance/ergonomics.
The challenge in the engineering process was that two of the four tanks will remain in operation during the conversion of the first set of tanks. We therefore work towards the end result in a number of phases.
