We recently mapped out the fire extinguishing installation for our client AIVN for a large hardware store chain. We have scanned the fire extinguishing installation to ensure that the existing fire extinguishing installation still meets all current requirements.
The whole was measured in 3D using 3D laser scanners. With the 3D model set up afterwards, each size can be tested against the original construction drawing and new hydraulic calculations can be made to see whether any adjustments need to be made to the fire extinguishing installation.
