Today we started with a pilot Piping Design 1 in collaboration with PPV. This course is offered to the students, because little or no attention is paid to it during the mechanical engineering course. During our work it is important that there is a good basic knowledge of the various Piping components.
In the first part of the course we talk about the Conceptual Engineering, in which we pay attention to; Piping Design, Process Piping, terminology, theory and practice, organisation, documents and CAD and 3D CAD. All students received a course book with various assignments. We wish the students an educational course!
