Last week, as one of the members of the Makeport Mercurius Stadskanaal cooperative, we scanned part of the former Phillips site. In the coming weeks we will make a sketch design with the aim of creating classrooms with a workshop in the existing building.
With this 3D technique, the existing situation is measured with a 3D laser scanner, which can measure accurately to the millimeter. Using this data, a model can be created in which the sketch design can be processed.
